Sono veramente soddisfatto con la attenzione e efficienza nel noleggio della barca, nonostante abbia iniziato il processo di pianificazione del viaggio poco prima della vacanza. La mediazione e il proprietario hanno fatto un lavoro professionale, efficiente e di qualità. Intanto, non posso non commentare su la marina base, in cui il movimento sembra essere superiore alla sua capacità di mantenimento.

La Sardegna Nord Occidentale è stupenda

L'esperienza è stata assai positiva, per la bellezza del luogo, per la compagnia (eravamo tutti amici e lo siamo rimasti :-D) e per la disponibilità dell'armatore. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di un loro piccolo intervento tecnico e in poco più di due ore il problema è stato risolto. Alla prossima, con la speranza di poter fare una crociera in un periodo di minor affollamento.

Charter is competent and takes care of its guests. Unfortunately, our on-board toilet was broken right at the beginning and it took 4 days until it was finally changed. The service batteries are definitely undersized for this sailboat (too weak 230Ah) and so we had to run the engine every 2-3 hours at night. Sleep was NOT an option for 14 days. We couldn't really recover. :(

I do not like Hanse boats so much, unfortunately we are strugguling with these, next year these boats will not be in our fleet.

Sorry to hear this from your client, I had no knowledge about this inconvinience they had, reach them out and thell them they will have some special offer for next year's booking.
