We are sorry for the claim of the costumer … as we work hard for the costumer satisfaction.
Our assistance staff was accurate and timely at the embarking and helped him at the departure when he was going in the wrong direction.
The costumer never called us during the week for any problem on board.
He was disappointed at check out when there was the tank of the black water closed but the penalty for this damaged that he made has not been retained from the caution.
