|
Barca bellissima, un sogno, nuova e tenuta in perfette condizioni, iper accessoriata. Equipaggio top. Affabile ma sempre molto professionale. Attento ma mai invasivo. Il cuoco, giovane ma di gran curriculum inclusa collaborazione con Cannavacciuolo, ci ha deliziato oltre misura. Sono abituato a mangiare molto bene ma non avevo mangiato così bene. Andrea trasuda passione ed è in grado di reinventare piatti della tradizione aggiungendo innovazione come flavour.
Il giovane marinaio, Miguel, sempre disponibile, attento ad anticipare le nostre esigenze.
Il Capitano, Alessandro, è costantemente all'erta, studiando condizioni meteo e tutti i possibili rischi per la barca e per gli ospiti. Molto simpatico, disponibile e professionale. Con lui, ospiti e barca sono in totale sicurezza.
Molto contento anche dell'assistenza della società di charter. Consiglierei quindi questa vacanza?
Assolutamente no: dopo un giro con questa barca e con questo equipaggio, qualsiasi altra esperienza luxury vi sembrerà una poverata. Maldive? che schifo! Resort 6 stelle? per carità, non si mangia come con Andrea!

La barca non era nelle condizioni giuste per essere noleggiata.
|
|
Barca si presentava in condizioni pessime, faccio un elenco:
1) tendalino distrutto, anche lo spray hood era in condizioni veramente pessime.
2) pagata pulizia finale ma la barca ci è stata consegnata sporchissima, la sentina piena d'acqua e polvere ovunque, idem la tappezzeria.
3) le luci di via erano rotte, lo abbiamo fatto notare ce le hanno riparate alla bene meglio e siamo partiti il sabato dalla base con 2 ore di ritardo, dopo 2 giorni si sono rotte di nuovo, ce le hanno riparate a procida e abbiamo perso altre ore.
4) il genoa era in pessime condizioni idem le scotte totalmente consumate e sotto dimensionate.
5) Il rollaranda aveva problemi, si bloccava a tratti in fase di chiusura della randa.
6) la barca presentava una linea d'ancoraggio non adeguata, solo 40 metri di catena, quindi limitante nel poter dormire in tranquillità e sicurezza in alcune rade.
Esperienza veramente sfortunata.
Non è modo di fare charter questo, eppure la società si presenta grande e ben strutturata.
Per il momento esperienza di charter bocciata.

Eolie strepitose, ma ... mai più con questo charter
|
|
Da diversi anni navigo tra queste isole che sono un vero gioiello del Mediterraneo: mare, sole, vento, buon cibo e isole dal territorio diverso e sempre affascinante caratterizzano questo stupendo arcipelago. La nostra vacanza ė stata all'altezza delle aspettative per quanto riguarda i luoghi e la navigazione, ma siamo rimasti davvero DELUSI DALL'ARMATORE che si ė dimostrato scorretto e poco professionale. Da ormai 10 anni noleggio barche (anche più volte all'anno) ma mai avevo riscontrato un comportamento così sgradevole:
- la barca ci viene consegnata in uno stato di pulizia imbarazzante, ma pur di metterci in navigazione e lasciare la decadente Marina di Portorosa nel più breve tempo possibile chiudiamo un'occhio e rifacciamo noi stessi le pulizie.
- all'imbarco un marinaio ci guida in un check-in approssimativo durante il quale mi accorgo che mancano le più basilari dotazioni di sicurezza (cinture, salvagenti, salvagente anulare e boa luminosa), quindi distratto da queste gravi mancanze non mi accorgo della assenza a bordo di una semplice torcia che, pur non essendoci mai stata, al rientro tentano di addebitarci. Solo dopo lunghe discussioni riusciamo per sfinimento a convincere il capo base che la torcia non c'ė mai stata.
- l'ultimo giorno faccio il pieno di carburante la mattina a Lipari prima di rientrare alla base la sera (totalmente a vela) per evitare ore di coda al distributore della Marina, ma dopo aver omaggiato vengo intimato dai maleducati marinai del charter a disormeggiare per passare prima dal benzinaio che stranamente indossa la maglietta con il loro stesso logo. Dopo numerose questioni e inutili tentativi con esibizione di scontrini e conteggio ore motore di dimostrazione che il serbatoio è pieno riesco a convincerli di fare un rabbocco con tanica senza uscire dall'ormeggio e mettermi in coda dietro a 20 barche. Costo totale dell'operazione di rabbocco pochi euro (ps il diesel dal benzinaio del charter costa 0,2 € in piū che sulle isole)... vergognosi !
In ogni caso non ci siamo fatti rovinare la vacanza da questi stupidi episodi. Torneremo sicuramente a veleggiare nelle splendide Eolie, ma mai più con questo charter!

Excellent holiday, with a last-minute dark spot
|
|
Reservation by Marenauta was good, with a good communication. The local charter provided for timely transportation from the Catania Airport to Portorosa and return, with a stop at Taormina on the return. The boat (and the entire fleet) was new and delivered clean and well equipped (security, cords, galley stoves, towels, etc..). The dark spot came from the insurance concluded via Marenauta (we did 2: one in case of cancellation, and one for the deposit, in case of damages, losses, etc..); it happened that during the navigation we have lost a cushion, for which the charter asked us €200. The request came on Friday evening, when we brought the boat back to the base. Besides their claim of answering 7/7 h24, there was no way to communicate with the insurance before Monday h 11.00 am (two days later, when we had already paid the €200 and flight back home). When we did, we found out that the insurance not only did not cover our specific case, but the list of exclusions in the contract (sent automatically via email after the payment of the insurance) was so long and broad, that it actually covers NOTHING (in principle, it shall cover the deposit, so everything that has an impact on it). We will never make a EIS Insurance again, and I recommend to avoid this insurer. Also, I recommend Marenauta to find a different partner for the insurance, as this is a very bad one.
