Una barca con dei problemi

La barca che abbiamo usato non era un Bavaria 46 Cruiser ma un Bavaria 50 Cruiser perché il 46 non era utilizzabile. Purtroppo il 50 che ci hanno dato aveva un serio problema al rolla randa che era difettoso. Di conseguenza abbiamo avuto seri problemi con la randa sia nella riduzione che nell'ammainamento della vela. Abbiamo percepito che il charter era a conoscenza del problema ma hanno preferito non sistemarlo prima della nostra crociera. Il meccanismo è stato sostituito a metà crociera ma dopo che abbiamo segnalato il problema numerose volte. Per il resto la barca è ottima e, a parte questo problema, il charter è stato molto disponibile per tutto il resto.

Very professional and friendly service

I had a very pleasant experience with Istion Yachting (Kos) and the base manager and his staff were very customer oriented and friendly. We could even take-over the boat one hour earlier than planned. The only negative thingy was that the automatic wests were lacking the crotch strap (the strap that goes between your legs).

Der Service war insgesammt gut. Das Boot war sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die ACI Marina Split, dort wo wir das Boot abholten und zurück brachten gefiel uns nicht. Der Service bei der Einweisung des Bootes war ok. Er sagte uns, dass das Boot nicht für Buchten ausgelegt ist, weil die service Batterie zu schwach ist, ein Manko denn das alleine macht für uns den Reiz des Kroatien Urlaubs aus. Ein Dinghy wurde nach mehrfacher Bitte ebenfalls nicht geliefert. Bei technischen Problemen - Trimflaps wurde man mit der Gebrauchsanweisung abgespeist.

Boot was in very good condition and well thought out! Very friendly charterer. No Problems along the turn and always available for questions. Excellent experience at all.
