Top organisatie! Duidelijk en snelle communicatie. Alles was prima in orde!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, come base di partenza ottima per andare sia a est che a ovest per Isole di Hyères e Calanques! Barca in buone condizioni (solo si vedeva che è stata molto charterizzata!), tutto regolare per cauzione assicurazione gestione di marenauta su tutto! Ottimi intermediari!

Das Personal der Charterfirma ist sehr nett und freundlich! Das boot in gutem Zustand, lediglich die Matratzen lassen Ihr Alter erkennen. Alles in allem sehr O.K. Buche gerne wieder

Ganz besonders gut hat uns das unkomplizierte Einchecken und die nette (und ebenso unkomplizierte) Rückgabe gefallen. Wir haben das bei anderen Vercharterern schon anders erlebt. Die Bavaria 35 war insgesamt in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad (die Toilette) roch unangenehm. Das hat sich aber im Laufe des Törns gelegt. Die Küchen-und Badausstattung war etwas spartanisch (keine Küchenhandtücher, kein Spülmittel, kein Toilettenpapier, keine Wäscheklammern). Auch Pfannen/Töpfe/Küchenmesser/Brettchen sollte man besser von zu Hause mitbringen. Das ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit und auf vielen anderen Charterbooten auch nicht anders. Dafür hat die Bavaria 35 ein Bugstrahlruder, was uns sehr gefallen hat.

We rented sailing boat for 4 days trip from Pula. Experience was two folded: - check-in/check-out: we started and ended our trip with unnecessary stress. At the check-in I had only debit card physically with me, but had credit cards in my apple wallet. For some reason it wasn’t possible to reserve deposit on it out physically present credit cards, debit wasn’t accepted, so I ended up chasing ATMs and juggling around with per-card limits around amount of cash I can get per day on ATM. At check-out they started regular boat inspection. They found something at the very top of main sail. I know that it wasn’t caused by us, but they were inspecting it via binoculars for 10 minutes without telling us what is happening. It seemed like they want to pack something up to take part of the deposit. At the end they told us that there was a palm lied in the mast that made small scratch on the sail, but wasn’t caused by us. But they said that tomorrow morning they will dive to inspect boat bottom and after that they will release the deposit. Luckily deposit was in cash so they couldn’t come up with something that wasn’t caused by us the day after when we are no longer there. - Boat: we had Sun Odyssey 319 named Tatjana, boat was clean, well equipped, with good sails and lines. It was clean, speakers were very good with separate volume control for the outdoor and indoor speakers. Kitchen was very well equipped and fridge was really good, even able to freeze if needed. Power outlets (220V and 12V) were operating properly, as well as VHF. Engine was ok, although not powerful enough against waves that we had on first day (1m wave coming 45 degrees astern), so we were going 4.5 knots for 4 hours. - Overall quality of the boat is really good, I can definitely recommend it. Stress at check-in and check-out was really unnecessary and overall feeling pretty much. With some better communication and creativity around problem solving (I asked them to charge my card instead of just reserving deposit that later they can refund but they didn’t want to do that) things would be way better.
