Noleggio Barca a vela "Nela" presso Nikiana marina in Lefkada  
Ho noleggiato l'imbarcazione in titolo della società Genoa sailing gestita dal signor Nasos Didascalou. L'imbarcazione ha presentato molteplici problemi: - il fornelli per la cottura del cibo si spegnevano emettendo una forte fiammata (il gestore ha detto che i fornelli erano stati controllati); - gli strozzascotta generalmente usati per il fiocco mollavano la presa ( il gestore ha detto che conosceva il problema ma in più di due ore di chiacchiere al check in non mi ha detto del problema); -l'avvolgigenoa si bloccava in apertura ed era difficoltoso manovrare per riavvolgere la vela (in uno di questi frangenti proprio per la difficoltà a riavvolgere il genova, la vela ha fileggiato per qualche minuto e si è creato uno strappo vicino al bordo di uscita che mi è stato addebitato; - il motore del tender aveva la girante non funzionante e quindi non raffreddava; - durante una sosta (ormeggiati ad Itaca) a causa di un repentino moto ondoso, si è divelta la bitta al giardinetto di dritta e ho subito l'addebito del danno anche se credo di non avere alcuna responsabilità in questo; - Il perno della puleggia di recupero dell'ancora era lento e ha rischiato di fuoriuscire ( se fosse fuoriuscito, l'ancora sarebbe andata a sbattere contro la prua e molto probabilmente avrei subito anche l'addebito di questo danno. Per i danni addebitatimi, il sig. didascalou, che era in possesso della cauzione dovuta, mi ha fatto pressione affinchè saldassi i danni senza trattenere la somma dalla cauzione già in suo possesso e senza fornirmi un preventivo di spesa ne tanto meno un consuntivo. Il giorno della partenza, pur sapendo che il rilascio dell'imbarcazione era per le ore 9, non si è neanche presentato sul molo; l'ho contattato via cellulare ma non ha neanche risposto; gli ho inviato un messaggio e sono tutt'ora in attesa di un cenno di risposta. Credo che quest'ultimo comportamento stia proprio a dimostrare la malafede del sig. Didascalou. Pietro alipietro28@gmail.com
