Vacanze a vela nella zona di Spalato  
La barca noleggiata, un Bavaria cruiser 41 del 2017, era in ottimo stato. Qualche problema col frigo prontamente risolto dall'armatore, ma nel complesso un'ottima barca ben tenuta. Le isole antistanti Spalato sono ricche di approdi naturali, l'ideale per chi preferisce trascorrere la notte in rada anzichè nelle marine.

Croazia in agosto  
Ritorno in croazia dopo alcuni anni e ritrovo il solito bel mare e le meravigliose baie, il meteo perfetto per navigare sereno con la famiglia. All'arrivo l'armatore mi accoglie in anticipo così guadagno tre ore di tempo. Inizia la navigazione fra le isole; Hvar, Korchula, Paklinski, e Scedro. Il fascino della natura meravigliosa dopo i primi giorni passa in secondo piano, diventa evidente e fastidiosa la calca di imbarcazioni che si presenta in ogni caletta, spesso imbarcazioni di organizzazioni turistiche con impianto da discoteca che fa rumore assordante fino a mezzanotte. Seconda brutta sorpresa i ristoranti con prezzi raddoppiati rispetto a pochi anni prima. La vacanza si conclude con una tragicomica fila di imbarcazioni a Spalato in attesa di fare il pieno prima della riconsegna: due ore in overing al distributore con scene di isteria varia. La croazia resta un luogo meraviglioso ma da evitare accuratamente in agosto. Discreto il servizio dell'armatore, ottimo quello di Marenauta a cui mi rivolgo da diversi anni.
