The experience was positive overall; I'd highlight a few things that were missing:
- The interior fittings were not from 2019 but noticeably older
- Missing from the inventory: toilet brush, mirror, spare gas cylinder, and the iPad that had been promised to us in the contract

I believe the charter company is qualified; the boats need maintenance on their equipment and fittings.

The log did not work, so neither did the trip counter.
The engine-hour display did not work.
The plotter was below deck and could not save waypoints.
The black-water tank could not be used, so overnight stays on mooring buoys in bays was not possible.
