Excellent service. Boat in good condition
Excellent service and organization. Pre-boarding assistance was impeccable. The German boat owner has fairly new boats in good maintenance condition. Thanks Marenauta for making a wonderful vacation possible!

Great boat but the marina manager could have paid more attention
Very comfortable boat, unfortunately lacking a bit of maintenance. The first reef on the mainsail had broken with the previous clients but was not repaired because, according to the boat manager, there was too much wind to pull the mainsail out at the dock, so we did without it with some discomfort while sailing. In addition, the 2 p.m. boarding was not respected and the boat was ready at 4 p.m. even though it had been free since early morning. The first day was practically wasted solely due to the boat manager's inertia. A little more attention would have been appreciated.

Beautiful sailing area. I always enjoy coming here. However, this time the charter company — Adriatic Charter — did not convince me. A windlass that does not work manually in any way is not acceptable to me from a safety perspective. The relay box of the windlass was so decayed that the contacts broke during anchoring from the vibrations, causing a short circuit and the windlass started running on its own. I then had to pay for the lost anchor and chain as well, not to mention that I had to pick up a new one at the base and the week's vacation was basically ruined. Btw. there was no spare anchor in the lazarette either. A shame, I know better. But I would still like to mention Marenauta positively here. I only book through Marenauta ;)

A wonderful surprise.
I was very impressed by the organization, efficiency and beauty of the marinas in Gocek, Fethiye and Kas where we stopped, as well as the special charm of being able to overnight in sheltered bays of rare beauty surrounded by history told by archaeological remains and under a clear sky full of stars. Excellent cuisine in the countless little restaurants with available and friendly staff. The boat magnificently new and comfortable... pity about the lack of wind during the week from 22 to 29 June which did not allow us to best test the nautical characteristics of the Hanse 418

Thank you very much for your feedback!
We are really happy that you are taking great memories back home.
Hope to see you soon on one of our boats.
This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Marenauta.

Marenauta and the local charter company — a winning combination.
Beautiful places we have visited repeatedly over the years. Costs are somewhat high in marinas and restaurants, where euros are increasingly less accepted. The boat was registered in 2019 (Hanse 508) so in excellent condition, although at handover some stern davits were bent and therefore difficult to extend — evidently due to improper use by previous renters. The supermarket at Marina Kastela should be better stocked, and euros are not accepted here either. Customers are forced to leave the marina to get kuna, whereas there should be a currency exchange office on site. I would consider it appropriate to have check-in staff who can speak Italian, given the considerable number of Italians renting yachts; I also suggest that when the customer, at the time of taking charge of the boat, asks staff to verify the correct functioning of the gennaker (and weather conditions obviously permit), they should not be refused as in our case on the grounds that check-in had to be carried out for other boats. The customer who has also paid for this extra has the right, if they ask, to obtain prior verification that everything is in order and to be given all the time needed. Furthermore, the customer is asked to sign the check-in form but in some cases is forced to sign blind, as they are not in a position to verify that the item they have ticked off is actually free of defects. I am referring for example to the condition of the hull at handover, which obviously cannot be inspected and so one must rely on the honesty of the boat owner.
