Excellent sailing trip from Split (Croatia)

Dear all, with a crew of 4 (father plus 3 sons) we had an excellent sailing trip from Split and via the islands of Brac, Hvar, Pakleni, Vis, Solta back to Split. One beautiful harbour after another, wonderful coasts all the time. Services by Marenauta and the charter company (Split main marina) and in every harbour were outstanding, facilities great, and the boat left nothing to wish. The weather was more than kind to us, and on a few days there was enough wind for proper sailing. At one time we achieved even 9 knots! The sea was clean and warm and we could swim every day. Despite being it the end of the season, everyone -no exception- was kind, helpful and patient.
We do such trip every year in various parts of the world, but this one was by far the best. To be repeated!

Since the client has already sent a complaint through you, to which we responded on August 18, 2022. year, we think it is not out of place to repeat the chronology of this case:
At the check out, the diver inspects the underwater part of the vessel. On the vessel Saturn, a rope was observed wrapped around the propeller. A diver was taking pictures of a coiled line and had to remove the line. The rope was very deeply tangled in the shaft so that the diver had to remove the propeller, untangled the rope and put the propeller back. He charged us for that service since we don't have our own diver, but we use him from the service, since in the ACI marina Vodice it is not allowed otherwise. We charged the client the amount = HRK 975, which is what the diver charged us. The client was warned at check out about this problem, but he denied it despite the photos that he did not want to look at at all.
We also sent photos in our first reply.
The base acted completely correctly and we consider the guest's dissatisfaction unjustified.
