Das Schiff war top ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber und professionell zur Übergabe an uns vorbereitet. Tolles Team vor Ort, jederzeit gerne bereit, zur Seite zu stehen. Auch die Rückgabe war sehr gut organisiert und verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Angelina Charter ha offerto un ottimo servizio sia nel check in, come nel check out: personale molto disponibile e altamente professionale. Unico neo, servizi e strutture del Marina sono sottodimensionate rispetto alla ressa dei "charteristi". Troppo caro il parcheggio auto. Ottima la barca, decisamente "marina", risponde molto bene al vento ed è maneggevole anche in manovra.

Ottima vacanza con una Bavaria 56 dall'abitabilità eccezionale. Qualche problema per la tenuta degli oblo che lasciavano passare acqua e stavano in sede con lo scotch (fornitoci dal Charter). Anche la pulizia della barca, quando ci è stata consegnata, non era certamente delle migliori Abbastanza costosi gli ormeggi nei Marina (...a Slano per una notte ci hanno chiesto 200,00 euro). War ein schöner Urlaub mit gutem Service!

Sehr freundliches Team! Der Base Manager Marin Kulaš ist äußerst kompetent und kümmert sich um schnelle Problemlösungen. Hatten nach ein paar Tagen ein kleines Problem, weil ein Zylinder bei dem Aussenborder plötzlich nicht mehr zündete- dadurch schlechtere Leistung momentan. Das kann halt passieren- wurde aber prompt angeschaut und repariert. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

We understand that your check-in experience did not meet your expectations. After checking all the mentioned points of your claim, our base provided the final report and statement, which we send you in full below:

1. Check-in time:

Regarding the check-in, the official boarding and takeover of the yacht is from 17.00 h. Our team is doing their best to manage all and make sure you can start your journey as planned, but in some cases, or days, there are more clients who need more attention and more explaining to do, as they can be inexperienced, or have more questions. Therefore there may be more time spent on explaining all in details, as it is our duty to minimize any possibility of damages on board and safety risks. However, our records indicate that you arrived before the scheduled check-in time and had not pre-paid for an early check-in. While we understand that waiting with a young child can be frustrating, we hope you understand that we must adhere to our standard procedures to ensure a fair experience for all our guests.

2. Boat condition:

If you experienced having issues on the boat your duty as the skipper is to report immediately any issue or defect on board, so our team can either help you immediately.

3. Hospitality:

We strive to provide excellent customer service to all our guests. We regret that you felt our team was inhospitable. Our colleagues in the base did offer you complimentary stand up paddle or towels as a gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately, you declined.

Ho solo 2 appunti da fare alla compagnia di charter: - la cuscineria è una cosa importante per il comfort durante una crociera...non si può sostituire la cuscineria originale di una barca nuova con delle "saponette" - cabina di prua maleodorante per odore proveniente dal WC di pua.

Regarding the comfort of the boat and the cockpit cushions that the client received, we agree that they are not as comfortable as the original one. We are sorry if he expected more luxurious equipment, but on our website, as well as on the agency's website, there are pictures and a description of the boat that correspond to the actual condition, and we believe that the client was timely informed about the inventory and equipment of the boat. After we consulted with the base manager and the technical staff who were in direct contact with the clients during the handover, we received information that at one point an unpleasant smell was felt on the ship from stagnant water in the pipes and not from full waste tanks. After the client complained about the unpleasant smell, the staff at the base immediately intervened and solved the problem.
The practice is for clients to fill in the feedback they leave for us at check-out so that we can see their impressions and ratings for our service. We always try to make it at the highest level, respecting the standards we have set and which we believe will meet the client's expectations. Unfortunately, the client did not leave a completed feedback, and we are sorry for that, because in this way we would have had the opportunity to clarify his dissatisfaction and the relatively bad rating related to the "Charter" section. The rating 3/5, which refers to the helpfulness of the employees, their kindness and assistance, is not what we can be satisfied with, because we believe that this service must be unquestionable and at the highest level. If there were any omissions or the client felt unkindness or unprofessionalism from our staff, we apologize for that.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir haben über Marenauta für zwei Wochen ein Motorboot bei Angelina Yachtcharter gebucht. Die Betreuung im Vorfeld durch Marenauta war prima. Alle nötigen Angaben konnten wir mit dem sehr freundlichen Service per Mail abstimmen. Und auch das Boot von Yachtcharter entsprach genau den Angaben. Wirklich alles Notwendige war an Bord, das Boot war sauber und ordentlich und hat uns zwei Wochen lang zurverlässig gute Dienste geleistet. Auch das Personal von Yachtcharter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in der Inselwelt der Kornaten und werden gerne wieder über Marenauta/Yachtcharter buchen.

Ottima vacanza peccato per il tender

L'imbarcazione era bella e comoda anche se mancava l'inverter, cosa che davo per scontata su un catamarano di 46 piedi. L'unico inconveniente è stato rimanere in panne con il tender in mezzo al mare, certo che il giorno successivo sono intervenuti ma per due giorni su sei non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il tender, un bel fastidio per un catamarano con nove persone a bordo.

Una soluzione ottima per andare in vela in Croazia

La partenza in barca dalla Marina di Lussinpiccolo è un'ottima soluzione per visitare con calma la parte nord della Croazia anche in una sola settimana. Piccola Marina, molto confortevole, non affollata, ottimo servizio della società di noleggio, barche in ottimo stato. Decismante più rilassante delle grandi marine affollate di arrivi e partenza. Briefing, check-in check-out rapido e semplice. Potete comodamante riservare il posto auto alla marina, adiacente alla barca (comodissimo) a 10 euro al giorno. Ampia scelta di supermercati in zona per fare cambusa. Rifornimento carburante può comodamante essere fatto al rientro alla stazione della Marina. Potete rientrare il mattino stesso della consegna senza essere obbligati a dormire ultima notte nel porto. Rade e gavitelli in tutta la regione, potete fare passaggi momentanei nei vari porti (con pochi costi) per rifornimenti, servizi ed altre necessità per poi passare tutte le notti in rada.

Con la mia famiglia ed una coppia di amici abbiamo noleggiato per una settimana AIR TIME 3, la barca è ben tenuta, completa di tutto quanto occorre per passare delle belle giornate in mare. Molto buona l'organizzazione e l'assistenza in Marina e soprattutto Alfred che si è distinto per cortesia ed efficienza anche quando ci siamo accorti che non c'era la bombola del gas di scorta a bordo e ci ha immediatamente raggiunto permettendoci di continuare la vacanza senza intoppi.

Gde god smo bili, da li na vezu u marini, na bovi ili na sidru: prelepa iskustva sa divnim ljudima,dugogodišnje druženje već iz detinstva se iz gofine u godinu nastavlja i postaje lepše i lepše, jako opušteno krstarenje i ako ponekad bura digne more i talasi zaklate brod na vožnji do drge uvale ili sigurne luke, iskusni mornari i tad vide nešto lepo u tome..., jedino negativno, i to je svske gidine tako, već dada nas boli srce da moramo da napustimo ovaj način života i da se vratimo u našu svakodnevnicu...

Siamo Salpati da Sukosan il giorno 6 luglio 2024 per una vacanza di 7 gg. Ormai conosciamo bene la zona per cui ci muoviamo con facilità fra le isole sempre alla scoperta di nuove baie dove potre buttare un ancora e fare un bagno in completo relax. La comodità di navigare in un arcipelago formato da centinaia di isole offre la possibilità di gestire la giornata sempre al meglio. Da anni mi appoggio a Marenauta per la prenotazione della barca e devo dire che fino ad oggi non hanno sbagliato un colpo. Barche sempre nuove e ben tenute.

Angelina Yachtcharter

Il peggior charter con cui fino ad ora abbiamo avuto a che fare. Già il check-in è iniziato in maniera problematica, con l'addetto molto frettoloso e poco incline alle nostre domande. La barca inoltre è in cattivo stato di manutenzione. Le principali manovre risultavano durissime e le cime non scorrevano bene. Il fiocco per essere arrotolato aveva bisogno del winch. I reef non scorrevano liberamente. In cabina c'era uno specchio rotto, uno sportello pericolante ed un fondo di un mobiletto divelto. Le batterie servizi erano completamente esauste e duravano poche ore. I filtri del troppo pieno delle acque nere erano completamente otturati. Il frigo non raffreddava in quanto aveva buona parte delle guarnizioni mancanti. Il segnavento in testa d'albero si bloccava. Il pistone dello specchio di poppa era completamente rotto e per alzarlo ed abbassarlo ci voleva uno sforzo sovraumano. We have requested a report from our base and provide it below:

Everything went well during the check-in, and our team provided all the information to the clients and answered all the questions.
One of the information that is provided to the clients at the check-in concerns also the fuel tank and obligatory refueling at the end of the charter.
They have been informed as well what is the procedure in case the fuel tank would not be returned full, as it was received at the check-in.

Once the clients can back to the base, they came to the office to return the boat documents and to finish the check-out procedure.
There was a damage on the thruster propellers, and there were missing 4l of the fuel.

Our colleague informed there was an issue with indicator reading, so they had to do double check, and stated there were 4 litres missing which he then added to the tank.
The missing 4l were charged, as part of regular, and previously explain procedure when refueling is needed, after which skipper's wife reffered to our office staff member as being rude for charging it.

The mirror on the yacht was damaged by the clients who were previously on board. Replacement mirror was ordered and it was arranged to be set on board once the yacht returned to the base.

Clients were informed about it by our technician in charge, and clients took picture of it and sent it to the base via email once the check-in was done.
Regarding the flok, as the sail is big, the closing system is on winch, and regarding the fridge, clients did not report any issue during the charter and there were no problems with it.
The water tank was full, as our colleague checked at the check-in and check-out, and the batteries are working properly.
We must add that clients did not contact the base during the charter, and at the check-out they informed everything was fine.

We do hope that client did enjoy their sailing time!

Like every year we took this trip i September. This time we started out from Marina Trogir, sailed all the way to Korčula and back. Had some issue with smoke coming out of exhaust, but after consultation with base manager we continued further. Had no other issues with the boat, everything was pretty much ok with a boat of that age. We did not get much wind during these 6 days so we mostly did motoring while not anchored and fishing.

In Biograd ist man schnell am Flughafen oder in Zadar. Es gibt keine kostenlose Parkplätze, aber für rund 20 € die Woche kann man ein Ticket für die Parkzone in der Stadt kaufen bzw.beim Touristinfo gegenüber. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen könnten besser sein, sehr provisorisch. Größere Einkäufe muss man mit dem Auto erreichen. Ansonsten direkt in der Innenstadt, Café, Restaurant, Bäcker etc... Tankstelle gegenüber oft sehr voll, muss man richtigen Zeitpunkt wählen. Die Strandpromeande ist aber sehr schön. Alles aber aushaltbar und immer eine Frage des Preises.

Ho fatto il pieno al rientro in porto ma quando ho consegnati la barca sono venuti con una tanica a riempire proprio al limite e mi hanno fatto pagare i 4 litri in più.... eh sì, perché avendo fatto 130 litri di benzina volevo proprio fregare i 4 litri... 2. Il fuoribordo del tender ha funzionato 2 giorni su 15 e non mi hanno voluto dare alcun rimborso.

Our base gave us the feedback regarding this matter.

We have an intervention team that can solve all the technical issue on board during the charter.
Client unfortunately did not contact us at all, or complain there was an issue with outboard engine.
At the check-out it was stated that there was a broken window that was charged accordingly, and there were 14 litres (not 4 litres) of fuel still missing,
that was charged as well, but without the refueling service, that is usually charged according to the procedure.

We would like to thank you once more for providing us with the feedback as it helps us to improve and ensure we provide the best service possible to the clients.

Nonostante ci sia stato un cambiamento di barca all'ultimo momento, siamo stati fortunati in quanto abbiamo potuto usufruire di una barca più grande e più nuova. Il charter si è dimostrato molto efficiente e cortese e aiutati da un tempo metereologico stupendo non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, tranne un fusibile dell'elica di prua. Per il resto, nonostante fossimo 10 persone la prima settimana e 8 persone la seconda siamo stati comodissimi. Insomma tutto OK

Paradiso della vela

Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana di inizio luglio navigando fra le Isole Incoronate e le altre altrettanto belle isole che si trovano poco al largo di Zara. Partenza da Sukosan su Dufour 530. Equipaggio composto da 8 adulti e 4 bambini. Le generose dimensioni della barca ci hanno permesso di godere appieno la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo trascorso 1 intera settimana senza mai fare marina ma solo una breve sosta al molo di un ristorante per fare il pieno d'acqua e poi subito via. Libertà, natura, leggerezza, amici, mare cristallino e splendidi paesaggi.

Un charter davvero d'eccellenza

Fino dal primo arrivo l'accoglienza è stata di prim'ordine, rapidi, efficienti, cordiali. La barca aveva i segni dell'età ma era comunque perfettamente in ordine e pulita. Al check out di nuovo hanno potuto dimostrare nuovamente efficienza, cordialità anche nelle operazioni di ormeggio così come pure il successivo check out. Davvero un esperienza piu'che positiva che porrà il charter come preferito nelle future scelte dell'imbarcazione. Davvero lo staff di Trogir fortemente consigliato.

Bellissima esperienza

È stata una bellissima esperienza: la barca rispecchiava quanto concordato e ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La società di charter si è dimostrata efficiente e disponibile; purtroppo la barca aveva un problema con la randa e il personale di base è intervenuto tempestivamente, risolvendolo parzialmente. Questo ha inficiato un po' la nostra vacanza, ma fortunatamente senza rovinarla. A parte questo piccolo inconveniente, è andato tutto bene.

Betrügerische Nachzahlungs-Forderung von YACHTCHARTER

Wir wurde Opfer von betrügerischen Nachzahlungs-Forderung seitens Yachtcharter. Nach dem der Check-Out am Freitag ohne Beanstandungen abgeschlossen hatten und wir bereits OK bekommen haben das alles in Ordnung sei (inklusive OK vom Taucher) mussten wir beim Verlassen des Bootes am Samstag eine Nachzahlung leisten (von der Kaution abgezogen ohne Möglichkeit des Einspruches) Aufgrund von dubiosen Anschuldigungen betreffend Schäden an der Schiffsschrauben, welche beim Check Out am Freitag nicht vorhanden waren. Yachtcharter ist unseriös und für uns auf der Black-List.

We are very sorry that the client is unsatisfied with our service and that he thinks that we made the payment without him being aware of the situation.
Since the client has already sent a complaint through you, to which we responded on August 18, 2022. year, we think it is not out of place to repeat the chronology of this case:
At the check out, the diver inspects the underwater part of the vessel. On the vessel Saturn, a rope was observed wrapped around the propeller. A diver was taking pictures of a coiled line and had to remove the line. The rope was very deeply tangled in the shaft so that the diver had to remove the propeller, untangled the rope and put the propeller back. He charged us for that service since we don't have our own diver, but we use him from the service, since in the ACI marina Vodice it is not allowed otherwise. We charged the client the amount = HRK 975, which is what the diver charged us. The client was warned at check out about this problem, but he denied it despite the photos that he did not want to look at at all.
We also sent photos in our first reply.
The base acted completely correctly and we consider the guest's dissatisfaction unjustified.

Catamaran Lagoon Lagoon 42 - 4 + 2 cab. In 2018, it was in excellent condition. There were a few small things that are not worth mentioning. The charter staff did a great job and were always at our disposal, kudos to yacht charter! If your base is in Biograda or nearby, you must visit Telascica, Kornate, Kaprije, Murter and Vrgada. Definitely to recommend the region, the charter as well as the vessel.

Die Übernahme des Bootes war etwas ungewohnt, da man erstmal alleine sich das Boot genau ansieht und durch Ankreuzen - alles Gesehene und Kontrollierte bestätigen muss. Vorteil: Man hat genügend Zeit und fühlt sich nicht gestresst. Anschliessend gib man Bescheid und kann die noch offenen Fragen besprechen! Fazit: gefällt mir

We were first time onboard on charter boat, but all passed smooth and easy since the boat is easy to manouver. Also we recommend Biograd as good starting point of your journey, since it is located in the middle of Croatian coast.

Ritengo che una barca di tale dimensione e con soli 7 anni di vita non possa essere consegnata nelle condizioni in cui l’abbiamo ricevuta : bagni fortemente maleodoranti per tutta la settimana e temperature in camera da 35 gradi con 90% di umidità renderebbero la vacanza impossibile a chiunque.

We are extremely sorry that our service and the sailing yacht itself did not meet the client’s expectations. Certainly the rating of the sailing yacht and the service is a surprise for us considering that the client at no time on check in or check out did not mention any problem. Unfortunately, the yacht is not equipped with air conditioning, and was not offered with the mentioned equipment. The client hired a professional skipper from whom we received an excellent rating on the condition of the yacht and sailing performance. For these reasons, we cannot agree with the given ratings.

Big thanks to Marenauta Croatia, for their huge flexibility in the pandemic crises, it was only due to their flexibility (allowing us to finally decide 2 weeks in advance only, this was important as we were from different European states with different movement restrictions), that made our sailing possible, in particular, due to the last-minute information that our boat, which was supposed to be new (2020), didn't arrive due to pandemic and travel restrictions. We got a fantastic catamaran, clean, big, sufficiently equipped. Also, the skipper was very professional and easy-going, and perfectly speaking English. We sailed from Biograd towards Vis, Hvar.

Salve, come sempre puntuali, precisi e disponibili. La vacanza è andata benissimo e il charter e l'imbarcazione sono stati eccellenti, a parte un problema all'impianto elettrico che ci ha fatto perdere una giornata ( risolto comunque dal charter ). Marenauta è sempre affidabile e competitiva. Bravi ! Unica pecca è il marina di Biograd, squallido, sporco e molto scomodo. Mai più noleggerò barche da quel marina. Come sempre ho fatto, e come sempre mi hanno ascoltato, continuerò a consigliare ai miei clienti di utilizzare voi, sicuramente il numero uno !!! Marenauta tutta la vita ! Bravi

Top Sailing Week with Neptune from Biograd

We had a great sailing week with our Dufour GL 412 "Neptune". The boat was very new (BJ 2020) and everything was incgood conditions. Especially loved the outside grill in the rear! Only thing to improve: the boat only had teak on seats but not on cockpit floor. Staff from Charter was perfectly friendly and helpfull. Starting in Biograd we sailed 209 seamiles in 7 days and even reached the Island of Vis. All COVID-19 issues were handeled with professional manner!

Barca ben al di sotto delle aspettative e di quanto previsto dal contratto, sia per il discomfort che per la cattiva manutenzione. Principali elementi di contestazione sono: 1) 3 bagni effettivi contro i 4 dichiarati nella scheda tecnica. Avrebbero dovuto precisare che il quarto bagno era in realtà quello dello skipper 2) Bagni di dimensione ridotte e con lavandino praticamente inaccessibile 3) Spazi interni mal distribuiti con cabine piccole, dinette troppo grande con un captain desk enorme (e inutile) 4) Motore aria condizionata molto rumoroso e collocato sotto il pavimento d una delle due cabine di poppa; questa posizione ne ha impedito l'utilizzo per non penalizzare il riposo degli occupanti di quella cabina ma allo stesso tempo ha penalizzato tutti gli ospiti i quali hanno dovuto soffrire il caldo 5) Tende oscuranti delle due cabine di prua mancanti (!). Abbiamo dovuto rimediare usando teli bagno sopra gli oblò (rendendo così impossibile l'areazione della cabina) 6) Cuscineria sporca e logora, sia quella del pozzetto di poppa che quella prendisole di prua 7) Motore non funzionante al meglio, perdeva i giri se sollecitato, per i primi tre giorni a causa problema non meglio identificato (tubazioni?) a uno dei due serbatoi. Abbiamo così navigato a 7 nodi massimo con evidente perdita di tempo per raggiungere le destinazioni previste. Poi lo skipper ha usato l'altro serbatoio e il problema non si è più posto. 8) Luci pozzetto di poppa assenti: non ci è stato possibile organizzare una cena in barca causa buio totale 9) Motore del tender con potenza ridicola, solo 2 CV. La prossima volta preferiamo pagarlo (ci è stato offerto dal charter) e averne uno decente. Per tutti i suddetti motivi abbiamo vissuto con molto disagio la nostra vacanza. Vi chiederemmo pertanto di inoltrare questo feedback al charter chiedendo loro il rimborso del 40% del costo del noleggio. Attendo gentile riscontro. Cordialità. Pietro Di Nocera

Una bella settimana,in uno dei posti più belli per fare vacanze in barca a vela.Nota negativa sono i costi ormai fuori misura per ormeggi,servizi,biglietti vari ... Caotica la vetusta base di partenza,ormai incomprensibile cosa aspettino a creare una struttura con dei servizi adeguati.

Eine Woche mit Dufort GL 412 - 3 Friends ab Sibenik

Alles hat super funktioniert und die Charterwoche war absolut super. Das Boot war in perfektem Zustand. Speziell die Segeln waren sehr gut in Schuss. Der Griller am Heckt ist super. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Freundlichkeit in der Marina war top! Sehr gefreut habe ich mich über den Ausdruck des Törns mit vielen Daten der Woche - wir haben diesen beim Check-Out bekommen! 3 Friends ab Sibenik jederzeit wieder! Negativ: 100€ Parkkosten in der Marina für eine Woche finde ich sehr teuer!
