Unproblematischer Check in und Check out. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wir hätten uns eine Vorabinfo für die Bezahlung eines Tickets für den Kornatennationalpark gewünscht, da man bei Vorabbezahlung 50% sparen kann.

Schlechte Erfahrung

Es gab große Schwierigkeiten mit dem vor Ort engagierten Base manager/Eigner des Bootes, der die Skipper License nicht anerkennen wollte (obwohl vorab übermitelt !!) und sogar die Hafenpolizei holte... schlußendlich wolte er ein Schriftstück unterzeichnet haben, eine Haftung über 140k Euro falls das Boot beschädigt werden sollte.....riesige Aufregung und schlußendlich alles in bester ordnung wie von der hafenpolizei bestätigt- aber diese Art von Stress muss im urlaub nicht sein ! Ich weiß nicht wie weit Marenauta als Vermittler da involviert ist, hatte bislang nur gute Erfahrungen, werde aber allenfalls einen anderen Vermittler suchen um diese Art von Erfahrung hinkünftig auszuschließen. Das Boot war extrem schmutzig und sehr ramponiert (offenbar nicht gut gewartet) und man fragt sich wofür eine Reinigungsgebühr verlangt wird....

Due to the fact that the law pertaining to yacht chartering changed recently, we face problems with the port authorities who are questioning our guests’ sailing qualifications . Unfortunately it depends on the officer on duty, to accept or not the occasional sailing license. We expect some clarifications from the Ministry about this issue, which we hope will resolve all these problems .

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused to the guests and we commit to grant them a good discount in any future charter with us .

About cleaning : We asked the guests upon embarkation if they wished additional cleaning and they refused .
