The boat was in good condition and we had a lovely time. Perhaps it could have had more cutlery. The week was exceptionally hot and we were happy to have the air condition. The check-in wasn't efficient as we came at 2pm and only managed to leave at 6pm after applying pressure on the Charter. When returning the boat there was a huge cue at the gas station. The old outboard engine broke on first use and the Charter did not want to make any commercial effort. Very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your time on board.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding your review.

The standard check-in time is 5:00 PM. An early check-in at 2:00 PM normally costs €200, but this fee was not charged to you. Nevertheless, you were accommodated as an early check-in guest and were able to board the boat after 2:00 PM. Since you were able to depart as early as 6:00 PM, we believe that the time provided for the check-in and handover was more than reasonable.

Regarding the queue at the fuel station upon returning the boat, unfortunately, this is something beyond our control. During the peak season, fuel stations can naturally become very busy. Better planning and organization of the return time can certainly help to avoid the busiest periods, but the actual queue at the station is not something we can influence.

As for the outboard engine, when a guest takes the engine, the fuel tank is provided full, together with an additional 5 litres of petrol. At check-out, both the tank and the additional fuel were empty, which confirms that the engine had been used. Furthermore, the outboard engine was returned with a damaged propeller, for which you were not charged.

After the guest reported an issue with the outboard engine, after check out, our mechanic went to inspect it. After checking the engine, the mechanic started it normally and it was running without any apparent issue. This is also why we were surprised by the statement that the engine had broken on its first use.

Considering all of the above, we therefore find it difficult to understand the low ratings given for hospitality and the check-in/check-out procedure, as in your particular case we went beyond our standard arrangements to accommodate you and provide you with an early check-in at no additional cost.

Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and are pleased that you enjoyed the boat and your holiday overall.

Boot war nicht im besten Zustand, einige kleine Mängel, im großen Ganzen aber ok. Personal war auch nett. Nur beim Check out wollte die Dame im Büro die Bewertung der Chartetfirma mit beeinflussen war mir nicht gefallen hat.

Das Boot ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch gut, Die Reinigung der Ausstattung könnte etwas besser ausfallen, so waren die Wasserkocher sehr verkalkt. Zudem waren die Batterie für die Stromversorgung der Geräte, nicht mehr in Ordnung.

Die Abwicklung der Buchung, sowie die Betreuung durch Puur Yachtcharter war sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Revier um Werder herum bis Berlin und Brandenburg ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es gibt so viel Geschichtliches zu entdecken, so viel Natur, tolle Ankerplätze und moderne Marinas. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Marina Vulkanwerft ist in Bezug auf die sanitären Anlagen leider nicht wirklich attraktiv. Die Toiletten und Duschen sind sauber, aber sie liegen so abseits auf dem Gelände, was besonders im Dunkeln ein Problem ist, das man lieber die Möglichkeit auf dem Schiff nutzt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub und sicher nicht unser letzter in diesem Revier und bei diesem Vercharterer.
