Bad development for Trogir

Arrival on saturday 17h: only 1 man for all checkins, we where ready at 20:30; boat is not clean (food rests on deck), floors dirty; we decide to leave on sunday -too late- at night we realize there are no pillows, no towels (need to check it too?). First anchorage: when leaving the anchor get stucked in the motor: reason: the chain locker is too small!. You need to people for getting it up. At the chekout, they confirmed it is a known issue: why did they not tell us?? In addition: there is no physical space for manouvering betwenn piers, confirmed by the crew on the harbour as well. Boots are in pretty bad shape. Boot has no water filling indication, no battery load status indication.

Der Service von Marenauta Sukosan war super, bei kleinen Problemchen wurde telefonisch geholfen, bei größeren Problemen waren die Mitarbeiter sofort bereit zum Boot zu fahren (in unserem Fall half konnten wir uns selbst noch helfen). Leider hatte unser Boot ein Problem mit der Batterie und am letzten Tag funktionierten paar Sachen nicht mehr.

Very well prepared boat

Very well prepared boat, both technically and comfort wise, with well equipped kitchen. You feel it is not only a rental boat, but a boat also used by its owner, well prepared for these waters and climate.

Wir haben das erste Mal über Marenauta gebucht. Ablauf der Buchung und Übergabe der Jacht in Punat war sehr professionell. Die bei der Übergabe bemängelte losen Bodenbretter und defekte Pütz wurden umgehend behoben und ersetzt. Trotz der heftigen Sturmnacht am 16.6.25 genossen wir eine schöne und erholsame Woche mit 2 Kleinkindern (3 und. 1Jahr) an Bord der gut ausgestatteten Hanse 455. Gerne wieder.
