Muy mejorable experiencia

El catamaran excelente. Lo mas deficiente es que falta la entrega oficial del catamaran por alguien no tecnico de la embarcacion sino de la parte hotelera. Nadie nos entregó el bote inducando como se usan los baños, como operan y cuantos refrigeradores tiene, el uso de agua y la posibilidad de desalar agua, etc. Como si uno llegara a un hotel con prestaciones desconocidas. Por otro lado muy deficiente el aseo a la entrega. Todos los baños muy hediondos a orina de baños largamente mal aseados y sin saber como asearlos o con que productos. Fue un suplicio todo el viaje el mal olor. Y al llegar nadie recepciona la impresion de los turistas. Solo ven q el bote esté indemne para no cobrar seguros. Me decepcionó mucho esta parte del servicio. El resto bien. Gracias
