Trotz einiger Probleme und Schäden wurde von Multihull Yachting zuverlässig und schnell reagiert. Der Schaden am Ende wurde sehr fair bewertet. Werden auf Grund dieser Erfahrung definitiv wieder dort Buchen.

Süddalmatien sehr schönes Segelgebiet. Sehr gut erhaltenes,wenn auch etwas älteres Segelboot. Marineros von More Yachts kompetent und hilfsbereit. Zum weiterempfehlen.

OK Boot & guter und effizienter Service  
Wir waren mit Boot und Betreuung insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Am ersten Törntag fehlten die Ruder für das Dhingy, wurden nach Rückkehr sofort bereitgestellt. Das wir für etwas verbogenen Anker ( hat man sicher geradebiegen können)270€ bezahlen mussten hat uns allerdings geärgert.

Ein 2-Wochen-Törn mit täglich Wind bis 5 BF - fantastisch. Es gibt wunderschöne Buchten und Ortschaften auf Lefkas, Meganisi, Ithaka, Keffalonia, Kalamos und Kastos .....

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your charter of the Lagoon Lagoon 380 S2 'Love Song' in Biograd. We value all customer feedback as it helps us continuously improve our services.

We understand that your check-in experience did not meet your expectations. After checking all the mentioned points of your claim, our base provided the final report and statement, which we send you in full below:

1. Check-in time:

Regarding the check-in, the official boarding and takeover of the yacht is from 17.00 h. Our team is doing their best to manage all and make sure you can start your journey as planned, but in some cases, or days, there are more clients who need more attention and more explaining to do, as they can be inexperienced, or have more questions. Therefore there may be more time spent on explaining all in details, as it is our duty to minimize any possibility of damages on board and safety risks. However, our records indicate that you arrived before the scheduled check-in time and had not pre-paid for an early check-in. While we understand that waiting with a young child can be frustrating, we hope you understand that we must adhere to our standard procedures to ensure a fair experience for all our guests.

2. Boat condition:

If you experienced having issues on the boat your duty as the skipper is to report immediately any issue or defect on board, so our team can either help you immediately.

3. Hospitality:

We strive to provide excellent customer service to all our guests. We regret that you felt our team was inhospitable. Our colleagues in the base did offer you complimentary stand up paddle or towels as a gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately, you declined.
