Black Friday è arrivato, risparmia alla grande!
I would only like to reply regarding the written feedback by the client:
The reason the autopilot was not working was that someone, (we don't know who) "played with the settings" upon the return, we investigated and fixed the setting immediately.
Secondly the client did not mention anything about the autopilot during his charter, only during the checkout also there was no feedback about a noisy propeller - mentioned either..
As mentioned we solved the VHF problem immediately by phone once they called.
We would appreciate that this feedback would be added to the comments, so that any future clients knows that we take our charter support very seriously and are always supporting the clients.
Finally we are very pleased with the customer Mr Valerio, he took care of the yacht and we will be happy to see him and crew back again.
