A special thank you to our charter manager, Filip, who guided us through the entire handover process with great professionalism and patience. Throughout our charter, he was always available, responsive, and happy to help whenever we had a question or needed assistance. It was very reassuring to know we could count on him during our trip. The yacht itself was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean upon arrival, which made a great first impression and allowed us to start our holiday in the best possible way. Overall, everything was well organized, communication was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Overall experience was great. The boat was great, Lefkada was exceptional. It really was the holiday of a life time. Check in was disorganised and the Hellenic staff were not very friendly, but to be fair if we had a problem the contact guy was very responsive and sorted us out quickly.
