Die Kommunikation ging über zu viele ecken und die richtigen Ansprechpartner wurden zu schlecht kommuniziert... Es wurden extras angeboten welche beim vercharterer nicht mehr exisitieren

Here are our answers :

1. Regaring the communication:

We don’t understand : they had 2 interlocutors. Each has his phone.

Please see the attachment: it is the first page of the boat's user manual, which is on board.

I don't know what extra the customer is talking about.

2. Regarding the cleaning:

This comment is completely unfounded.

The cleanliness of our boats is meticulously checked before each departure.

The hirer completes a full inventory, then a SET SAIL boat manager comes for the check : answer any questions the customer may have, and verify that they have found everything.

Yet he gives us a 5 out of 5 for chekin and checkout – inventory is included in this service

Sorry if the client was not totally satisfied but we did our best.

Wie immer, sehr schöne Buchten und Häfen

Wetter, das Wasser und Flair sind wie immer zur dieser Jahreszeit hervorragend. Das einzige was uns Stört sind die Preise für Bojen und Hafengebühren.

Alles sehr schön aber das Boot hatte schon einige Macken

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Vom Empfang in der Marina über die Einweisung auf dem Boot bis hin zur telefonischen Betreuung während des Törns. Alles Bestens. Auch die Abwicklung bei der Rückgabe lief vollkommen problemlos. Gerne jederzeit wieder.
